Reconstruction and a new additions to a single family house. The single family brick house from the 50s is positioned on a steep south slope overlooking Värtan.

The goal of the reconstruction is to make room for a growing family with children of different ages as well as improving accessibility.

The solution is a sequence of actions including roof extension, reconstruction of the existing house and the construction of a smaller residential building.

The first phase including landcape design and the additional new building is on site and will be finished in november 2016.
