The site consists mainly of a steep southern slope with large parts outcrop overlooking an undeveloped nature area with high conifers. The rooms and functions are grouped in three levels and follow the shape of the hill. On the upper level is established a coherent plan with exterior terraces and patios are linked by a living room, kitchen and guest rooms. Inner and outer space are intertwined in an easily accessible manner. External stairs connecting the upper and lower gardens and offers a variety of movement patterns and locations. Facade and railings consist of clearly articulated vertical wooden slats that establish a connecting outer layer adapted to solve the variety of connections that stairs and uneven terrain brings. Planned construction start in spring 2011.
