GENERATORN WINS THE STUDENT HOUSING AWARD

Spridd's self-developed project Generatorn in Vallastaden receives the Student Housing Award. The jury particularly acknowledges the combination of energy-positive standard, timber construction, and well-balanced student residences. We take it as a proof of recognition that the architect as developer can lead to quality throughout the project.

The project has been carried out in collaboration with Secratary, Septembre, and property developer K2A.
